On Thursday, 14th July, Class 4 went on the best trip ever, to Liverpool, to learn about the Beatles, a band in the 1960’s.
We got on the Manannan at 7:00 am, and we arrived in Liverpool at 10:00 am. Then we walked to the Pier Head building, to watch the ‘FAB4D’ film. The film was awesome, and all of the effects were pretty cool as well. After we had our lunch, we walked over to the Beatles Museum, and an Audio Tour around the museum guided us. The Cavern Club Bar was done up really well. After the tour, we went to the activity room, and we did 4 activities.
Then we went to the shop, and I spent £7.00 on a glass tankard. After the shop, we were about to go on the Yellow Duck marine, when Mrs Bale’s phone rang, and the Duck Boat was cancelled. That was awful, but we went on a boat tour, around the dock area, so we were still happy. After that we walked back to the boat, and came back home
On July the 14th class 4 went to Liverpool to learn more about the Beatles.
At 6:30am we all met at the boat terminal. (Every one looked as if they could fall asleep standing up.) We then said goodbye to our parents and set of walking down the long corridor. We had hardly got half way down the hall and my rucksack was too heavy.
When they let us board everyone was so excited. We got all of our food out and ate it all before we gad started to move. (Some people had an interesting breakfast!)
For 2 hours and a half the boat had filled with children’s laughter. When the boat had finished its journey we ate lunch.
After this we went and saw an amazing 4d movie. It was a bit too short though.
We then had a small shopping spree. That was exciting!
After this we went to the main museum. There was flashing lights, loud music and interactive games. It was excellent!
The next event we went through was disappointing. The Duck marine had been cancelled so they put us on this boring cruise thing but they gave us free ducks, which kind of made up for it.
We then had to get back on the boat we had some money left so we were allowed to buy sweets. After this we just talked. This was the amazing adventure that we had on July the 14th!
On July the 14 2011 Class 4,Mrs Bale,Mrs Leece and Mr Heartigan went to Liverpool to learn about the Beatles.
We got there by going on the boat then we walked to the Beatles museum and watched an ace movie and bought many items but the big problem was we did not go on the yellow duck-marine instead.
The museums were really good though especially the audio one because you got to go in a place called the Cavern Club you used to be able to get coffee and listen to the Beatles a long time ago.
On the trip we went on this white feather part where we found out what peace signs mean.
When we were going home on the boat we had a great dinner I had a fish finger bap and it had seven fish fingers! In the end I had a great time.

There were lots of souvenirs you could buy .
When everyone was finished we went outside to have lunch . Everyone was looking at all the houses and attractions . The pigeons joined us for lunch .
When everyone was ready we went to themain Beatles museum . We had to have headphones on are heads to listen to information . It came with a device that was connected to the headphones .
At 4:00 we were meant to go on the Yellow Duck Marine but it was cancelled due to mechanical problems . We went on a different ride that was a boat and it went around the docks When that was over we walked over to the docks and checked in to take the boat home . Shortly we were on the boat .
