    The best way to make sure that you get the best flavour and the most nutrients is to buy seasonal so here's a guide to help you know what to buy when.

    WINTER: DECEMBER

    FRUIT & VEG: Brussels Sprouts, Cabbage, Potatoes, Chicory, Turnips, Swede, Radishes, Chard, Spinach, Kale, Salad Leaves, Carrots, Leeks, Onions, Jerusalem Artichokes, Marrows, Parsnips, Spring Broccoli, Radishes, Mushrooms
